Message From the CEO

The Japan Athletes Rehabilitation Trainers Association(JARTA) is here to assist athletes who truly believe that “they have yet to demonstrate their maximum potential” and that “they know they can improve further to reach a higher level of performance.” We also support trainers who genuinely wish to work with and assist such athletes.

Through my experience providing conditioning training for top-level athletes in approximately 20 different sports, I have come to realize that common “preconditions” exist in achieving high-levels of performance.
Our ultimate mission is to contribute in the development of higher and more competitive abilities as well as injury prevention by assisting athletes attain these “preconditions for high-level performance,” which are actually innate human abilities.
I sincerely hope that JARTA’s efforts will facilitate improvements in the “quality” of athlete training to realize every athletes’ dream.
