The Japan Athletes Rehabilitation Trainers Association (JARTA) is here for athletes who truly believe that “They have not yet demonstrated their maximum ability” and that “They can improve to reach a higher level of performance,” as well as for trainers who genuinely wish to support such athletes.
Through my experience providing conditioning training for top-level athletes in approximately 20 different sports, I have come to realize that common “preconditions” exist for achieving high-levels of performance.
Our ultimate mission is to contribute to developing competitive abilities and the prevention of injury by helping athletes attain the “preconditions for high-level performance,” which actually are innate human abilities.
I sincerely hope that JARTA’s efforts will facilitate improvement in the quality of training to make athletes’ dreams become a reality.
